How to Receive Your Package Step by Step!
Delay in handling initial order:
Once an order is placed, it will usually take 2-5 business days to process. Please note we only ship Monday-Friday. (If you placed an order over the weekend it will ship the following Monday)
Since we offer worldwide shipping, delivery time may vary depending on the country you are ordering from. For most countries, packages should arrive within 10 - 15 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays).

Where can I find my tracking number?
You will be sent an email notification with a tracking number when your items are shipped. Additionally, you will receive email updates when your package moves between regions. We are happy to assist you if you have not received one or your tracking number is not working.
What Does Package Protection & Insurance Cover?
Shipping protection & insurance takes the worry out of package delivery & provides customers with peace of mind by protecting packages from loss, damage, and theft. In the case of lost, stolen or damaged packages - we will cover all the product and delivery costs associated with arranging a replacement. This is an optional add on you can choose for your order.
How can I track the status of my order?
After we have shipped your order, you will be sent an email update letting you know that your order is on its way to you . You will find your tracking number and information within this email.
With the tracking number you will be able to track your order on the tracking page we will provide you.

As much as we wish we could provide every customer with the most accurate tracking updates, all tracking information is provided by our courier partner and our team only has access to the same information as you. That being said, it is quite difficult for us to give an estimated time of arrival. We will do our best to accommodate everyone's shipping situation and ensure satisfaction.
